One of my favorite parts of ThetaHealing is that it offers a way to maintain the integrity of the energy body. When I was a ThetaHealing teacher, I offered my students a Daily Practice. Something to do to maintain connection and take care of this intelligent, energetic aliveness that lives in and surrounds you. I wish everyone on the planet knew how to do these 4 things!!
The Theta Bumps are a way for you to experience having your space cleared, bringing your energy back, opening and aligning the chakras and downloading the body mind and spirit from the infinite mana of the universe. It creates lift for our moods and a possible pathway to self care. The more you practice, the more fluent you can become in the language of your energy body.

Clearing your space
Our energy bodies attract and catch things in the same way your physical body does. Emotionally and physically intense exchanges create energetic entanglements. We pick up feelings, projections and energies from the people we interact with and are around a lot and most of us aren’t aware of it. We hold on to people (sometimes for years) and don’t know how to let them go. Knowing how to clear your space frees up so much energy. Maybe you’re depressed. Maybe you just have a thousand people in your space. 🤷♀️ everybody out of the pool, you’ll feel way better!
Bringing your energy home
When we are focusing on what someone else is doing because we are worried or angry, we are losing our energy. We don’t mean to but when we singularly focus on another person in a negative or fearful or even competitive way we are balls deep in their business and out of our own business. The other way to loose a shit ton of energy is by obsessing over past choices and worrying about an unknown future. Why do we all do this? Learning how to call your energy back allows you to experience yourself in the now where real safety lives. YOU are where the party’s at!
Opening and Aligning your chakras
All of the main chakras are connected to major nerve ganglia along the spine. Your energy body is architectural and learning how to open and align your main chakras is a introduction to it’s beautiful design. Get to know your energy body. It is transcendence and systematic both. Part of the benefit of an opened and aligned energy system is you can pull earth energy up and sky energy down. It’s silly how often we look to other people (who are also not opened and aligned) for stability, security and energy when they don’t have it either. Learn who pays the bills around here and you will feel much better taken care of!
Receiving (Downloads)
There are all kinds of reasons people have trouble receiving.
Worthiness issues, arrogance, fear. When we don’t feel worthy we fight through our life, believing it is on us to prove our worth before we can receive good things. When our minds take rigid a stance, we close ourselves off to the innocence of not knowing and guidance that happens when we are open.
Often when we feel depleted or insecure we start asking for a lift from the people around us. Unless they have plenty to spare, why suck a dixie cup dry when you have an infinite well of fresh water before you? Receiving intentionally from the divine will fill your cup, calm your wearied mind and soothe your body in a way that no sweet human friend could sustainably do.

We’ll do the ThetaHealing meditation together. Although I’m doing it for you, you can practice taking care of your energy body which is an invaluable skill. By learning how to clear your space and bring your energy home you are more likely to walk around feeling whole. By intentionally working with your chakras and asking for and receiving from the divine you have charted a pathway to feeling energetically in flow. This is basic energy maintenance that will change your quality of life if you do it on the regular. This practice creates stability in the place that matters most.
